Frank, I *LOVE* this story because it illustrates so very, very clearly exactly what happens when you carry something around in your heart. I try to remember that when I don't forgive, I'm only hurting myself.
Wonder if you have any tips on moving-on from that. It's one thing to know it and then sometimes the pain is still there, y'know?
